
All bookings made with Sequoia Motel whether online or over the phone will require full credit card details and guests acceptance of the cancellation terms below.
Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services GST of 15%.
Should you prefer to pay by online transfer please ask for our full bank account details - please note all transfer fees are at the charge of the sender
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 3 days of arrival date or NO SHOW: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
Special Events and Blackout periods have different cancellation/pre-payment conditions - please ensure you check the dates concerned
- The credit card details you give Sequoia Motel for your deposit, full payment or guarantee of your accommodation or your group's accommodation may be used for charges/fees incurred due to cancellation and/or charges/fees not paid for at checkout as detailed above.
- If you have any change to your plans please inform Sequoia Motel in writing, as early as possible. The cancellation policy is detailed above and will be applied.
- Guests are liable for all damages and breakages and these are charged to you at checkout or invoiced for payment.
- Please be aware it is travel agency's responsibility to advise their client of the cancellation policy.
- The credit card details, used for a deposit, payment or guarantee of accommodation, at Sequoia Motel, are not forwarded to any other supplier for payment of any goods/services/tours/ travel booking/car rentals.
- No refunds are transferred to any credit card other than the original credit card provided for the guarantee or payment.
