BRAND NEW: Spend a superb week of work or holiday in your own executive apartment accommodation in Rotorua. The apartments are located one block away from the Rotorua Central Mall (supermarkets, shopping district) and less than 5 minutes’ walk from the main city centre for all business activities and restaurants as well as all government offices. These apartments are standalone/independent units, located 500 meters from Sequoia Motel, but as a complimentary offer you are most welcome to use our Thermal Pool Facilities at the motel during your stay.

The two 3 bedroom Apartments are next to each other and are built on two floors including an enclosed car parking space downstairs as well as an extra undercover parking space (total of two). As you enter the apartment you will find a studio room downstairs complete with a Queen Size bed, Flat Screen TV, ensuite bathroom and opening into a small outdoor garden. By taking the main staircase upstairs you will arrive in a spacious lounge and dining area with a modern kitchen fully equipped for the perfect stay. An open breakfast/bar area provides the ideal area to socialise with friends during meal times. The corridor will lead you to a first bedroom upstairs with twin beds and wardrobe, the shared upper floor bathroom and the master bedroom with the latest comfortable Queen beds. All of our beddings have been chosen to reflect comfort and warmth for a cosy stay.

The lounge includes a large flat screen TV. Wifi Internet is also available via the MiFI connection in your apartments (Wifi is provided for email usage).

Special conditions: Guests will check in at Sequoia Motel Rotorua located on 40 Victoria Street, one block away from the apartments. The managers onsite will ask guests to read, agree and sign the tenancy agreement for the rental of the apartments before giving them the keys and introducing them to the apartments. Upon checkout the keys need to be returned to the Managers of Sequoia Motel in order to clear the bond left and ensure the checks of the apartments. All damages, losses will be charged to the guests
